Job Details

Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment sessions, and discharge plans accurately.
• Supervise and coordinate with assigned assistants and support staff.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensed or eligible for licensure in applicable states.
• Possess valid physical therapy licensure in all practicing states.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrate strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills.
