Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients in critical care settings, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical interventions in ICU environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain competence with current respiratory therapy practices and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio RRT license.
• Possess NBRC certification, BLS, and Advanced NRP & PALS credentials.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in NICU, PICU, or high-level care (Level 4) settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and pediatric respiratory care.
• Be able to work 3x12-hour night shifts, with flexibility for floating to different NICUs and PICUs.
