Job Summary:
Seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services across various acute care settings. The therapist will support patients in neuro, cancer, med-surg, ICU, nephrology, and cardiac units, ensuring optimal recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and update care plans regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Comply with documentation standards and hospital policies.
• Complete required training modules via HealthStream prior to assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist with state licensing authorities.
• Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care environment; 3+ years preferred for CPU.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner EMR or similar electronic health records.
• Bring at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience if applying as an LPN or MT.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Travel experience is preferred; must be willing to work various shifts.
