Job Summary:

Provides specialized occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional independence and quality of life. Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans focused on functional recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and home care routines.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes thoroughly.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards within healthcare settings.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient assessment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
