Job Summary:

Assist neonatal patients by providing specialized respiratory therapy to improve their breathing and overall health. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions to NICU patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, assessments, and patient progress.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in neonatal or specialized respiratory therapy.
• Hold current NBRC-RRT certification.
• Have valid Georgia RRT license.
• Maintain current certifications in NRP, AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal delivery and NICU patient care.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
