Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including ICU and ED settings, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver comprehensive respiratory services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies utilizing advanced equipment such as ventilators, nebulizers, and pulse oximeters.
• Evaluate patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care activities within the electronic medical records system.
• Provide education and support to patients and family members regarding respiratory treatments and management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RRT credential and active state licensure.
• Possess AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, including NICU/PICU settings.
• Have recent EPIC EMR experience (within past 2 years).
• Be able to document all relevant employment details thoroughly, including facility type and bed count.
