Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide inpatient respiratory care across adult, adult ICU, adult ED, and general pediatric units. The role requires clinical expertise, flexibility, and adherence to industry standards to support patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patients requiring respiratory therapy, ensuring optimal respiratory function.
• Administer treatments such as intubation, ventilation, and airway management in accordance with physician orders.
• Document all clinical interventions comprehensively, including EMR updates and facility-specific details.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of Epic EMR and stay current with updates and best practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, with CRT not accepted.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Have experience working in teaching hospitals and in a travel capacity preferred.
• Possess current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Be experienced with Epic EMR within the past 2 years.
• Show ability to document all specialties and employment gaps clearly.
