Job Summary:
Providing high-quality medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care to adult patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort during overnight shifts. This role requires a skilled RN with recent experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly to identify changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic EMR within the required timeframes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and family members about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
• Maintain adherence to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio nursing license or current compact license in a qualifying state.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent, perm hospital Med/Surg telemetry experience.
• Demonstrate recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience.
• Provide two recent references from supervisors, managers, or directors familiar with your clinical work in the past 12 months.
• Be certified in BLS and ACLS with active, non-pending credentials.
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
