Job Summary:

Provide specialized occupational therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient lymphedema clinic. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care and manage a diverse patient population across various age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and other diagnoses
• Perform therapeutic interventions focusing on limb compression, edema management, and functional improvement
• Collaborate regularly with OTs/OTAs, PTs/PTAs, SLPs, and vendors supporting lymphedema treatments
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certifications, and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in team meetings

Qualifications:

• Georgia state occupational therapy license required
• Certified in lymphedema therapy
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient or rehabilitative therapy
• Strong knowledge of lymphedema care, wound management, and compression fitting
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
