Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled clinical interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with valid credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/Stepdown or similar setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
