Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a leading healthcare facility. The candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in improving strength, mobility, balance, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ physical function and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by efficiently managing caseload.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess an active Colorado PT license or valid compact license for Colorado.
• Have a minimum of two years of relevant PT experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient engagement skills.
