Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health certification to join an outpatient clinic in Salida, CO. The clinician will provide specialized pelvic health therapy within a patient-centered care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Examine patients thoroughly to assess impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic intervention plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records including diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to ongoing research and best practice development.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation and billing information.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health physical therapy.
• Graduate from an AMA-APTA approved physical therapy program.
• Hold or be eligible for active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Possess Pelvic Health certification and current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills.
