Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a leading healthcare facility in Glenwood Springs. The role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients improve their strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and establish individualized treatment goals based on diagnoses.
  
• Design and implement effective therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and strength.
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote recovery.
  
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
  
• Possess current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or valid physical therapy compact for Colorado.
  
• Have at least two years of clinical PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
  
• Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  
• Demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills.
