Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure all certifications and licenses are current and in compliance with facility requirements.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including drug screens and background checks.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RRT, with at least one year in a hospital setting.
• Current NBRC certification and BLS certification in hand at time of submission.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends, with flexibility to float as needed.
