Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shifts. The RN will play a vital role in patient monitoring, treatment, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Activate rapid response teams whenever urgent patient needs arise.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records utilizing Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Float to like units as needed and participate in unit orientation for new assignments.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• CPR certification required; CPI preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to floating between units.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Passed fingerprint background checks and comply with travel and facility regulations.
