Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality care in a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly using electronic health record systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and activate rapid response teams when necessary.
• Float to similar units as needed, providing continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Ohio RN license or equivalent, valid and unrestricted.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current BCLS certification; CPI preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and respond calmly in emergencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
