Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Adapt to fast-paced environments and handle diverse clinical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information clearly and in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Perform patient assessments and update care documentation regularly.
• Float to similar units as needed and complete brief orientations for new assignments.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Adapt to fluctuating unit needs and flexible scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
