Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and functional ability. They collaborate with healthcare teams to provide specialized rehabilitative care that promotes recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical condition and identify treatment needs based on clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices and patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate outcomes to healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and management strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA State Physical Therapist license and current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system experience.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and customer service abilities.
