Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, assisting in recovery and improving mobility. This role involves evaluating patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations and tests.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably hold CPR certification and other relevant credentials.
