Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting mobility and function. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy strategies to promote optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home therapy routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program (e.g., DPT or equivalent).
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in documentation and patient record management.
