Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Med/Surg Tele RN for night shift coverage at a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will bring recent experience and proper licensure to provide exceptional patient care on a high-acuity unit.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vitals, recognize abnormal rhythms, and intervene as necessary.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in staff education, safety drills, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at time of application.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, perm experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• References from supervisors within the past 12 months confirming clinical competence.
