Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN for trauma and operating room coverage at a high-acuity facility. The ideal candidate will possess trauma certification and a strong surgical background to support various complex procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate trauma, orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries within the OR.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Document clinical interventions accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to on-call requirements and provide support during trauma emergencies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and unit policies consistently.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Proven ability to manage trauma, general, orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
