Job Summary:
Seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse for a contract assignment in the Emergency Department. The nurse will provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced, standalone emergency setting, working night shifts for a 13-week duration.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions to provide immediate and effective emergency care.
• Perform procedures such as IV starts and 12-lead EKGs while ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Assist in managing patient flow and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety guidelines, including navy blue scrubs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in FSED (Free Standing Emergency Department) settings preferred.
• Proficient in emergency procedures including IV placement and patient assessments.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Strong team player with an inclusive and helpful personality.
• Able to float between multiple facilities as required.
