Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Surgical/Tele RN to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves providing direct nursing services, assessing patient needs, and coordinating treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and recognize any signs of deterioration.
• Pass required clinical tests, including arrhythmia and medication evaluation, on the first day.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including fit tests and infection control procedures.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and the ability to obtain or hold a pending license before start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Tele units.
• Must pass arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day of orientation.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac dysrhythmias and moderate sedation protocols.
