Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate will assist in implementing patient treatment plans and collaborating with licensed therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient care and therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Document patient progress and report observations to supervising therapists.
• Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support patient transfer and positioning as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
• Possess SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Be committed to patient care and safety standards.
