Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide exceptional support in patient rehabilitation services. The candidate will assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and executing patient treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document patient progress and report observations accurately to the supervising therapist.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during patient interactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant certification or license.
• Prior experience or familiarity with outpatient or inpatient therapy settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to patient needs.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
