Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 30 hours per week. The role involves providing quality patient care and supporting rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine their physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
