Job Summary:

Provides skilled outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring function and mobility through personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition and develop individualized therapy programs based on clinical findings.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience; 2 years preferred.
• Demonstrate recent experience working within the same unit specialty (within the last 3 months).
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Must be able to work daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
• Be prepared to provide RTO, Birthdate, and Social upon request.
