Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and ensuring all sterile techniques are maintained. The ideal candidate will support surgical teams to promote patient safety and efficient operative workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by arranging surgical instruments and supplies.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of surgical procedures and supplies used.
• Adapt quickly to changing surgical needs and support staff as needed.
• Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent contamination.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
• Proven experience assisting in surgical procedures in a hospital or surgical center.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and operating room protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Current BLS certification required.
