Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to assist in operating rooms by preparing instruments and ensuring sterile procedures. The ideal candidate will support surgical teams to deliver exceptional patient care and optimize surgical workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments and arranging supplies before procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries by handing over instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor and document surgical equipment and supplies during procedures
• Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of sharps and biohazard materials

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or relevant certification
• Possess a valid Surgical Technologist certification
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in surgical settings
• Exhibit strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control
• Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills
