Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide patient care through specialized respiratory therapy procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and hold required certifications, ensuring compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care and therapies to patients as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure all certifications and licenses are active and in hand at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including drug screens and background checks, prior to starting.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RRT license and active NBRC certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification must be current and in hand at time of submission.
• Knowledge of Ohio state licensure requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening, including nicotine-free policy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work weekends and float as needed.
