Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a high-acuity COVID ICU. This role involves providing advanced critical care interventions for patients requiring complex procedures such as VV ECMO and CRRT.

Responsibilities:

• Manage critically ill COVID patients in a 14-bed ICU setting.
• Administer vasoactive drips and monitor hemodynamic parameters.
• Perform advanced procedures including ECMO and chest tube insertions.
• Document patient care using Meditech system accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital policies, including dress code and body art guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas RN license required; temporary licenses will not be accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a high-volume environment.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with vasoactive drips and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Comfortable working with ECMO, CRRT, and other advanced technology preferred.
• Ability to work 7A-7:30P or 7P-7:30A shifts, including every other weekend.
