Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide specialized critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive critical care interventions to adult ICU patients.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and emergent laboratory results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical records (Meditech).
• Implement protocols for advanced procedures such as IABP, Impella, EVD, SLED/TABLO, and vasopressors.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, including patient safety protocols and proper equipment use.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas or applicable state licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke certification.
• Credentials in trauma care (TNCC, CATN, TCAR) preferred.
• Experience with advanced cardiac and surgical procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, and post-op cardiac care.
• Ability to work night shifts with rotating weekends and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
