Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in an inpatient rehab setting. Deliver evidence-based treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes and functional recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and support staff.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly using the Expanse system.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Adhere to hospital and unit-specific policies, including safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NH state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 2 years of inpatient care experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience working with neuro patients is preferred but not required.
