Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment through skilled clinical practices during 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, including drips and IV therapies, following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data to detect changes in condition.
• Perform procedures such as central line management and heart cath recovery.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system, Meditech.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent telemetry experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes.
• Possess BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Show strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
• Be adaptable, positive, and engaged with a professional attitude.
