Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in a busy surgical unit. The RN will assist in a variety of complex cases, ensuring patient safety and quality standards are maintained throughout surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare patients for surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members during procedures, handling instruments and supplies efficiently.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative changes promptly.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document surgical procedures accurately and update patient records.
• Support post-operative care and communicate with recovery staff regarding patient status.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with proof of licensure and certification.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a surgical or operating room setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in a range of surgical cases, including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, gyn, urology, and thoracic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail.
