Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery through evidence-based practices and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health promotion.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current BLS certification required.
• Must have at least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and able to adhere to scheduling requirements.
