Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring safe and effective treatment while monitoring patient progress and collaborating with healthcare teams. This role demands high proficiency in patient assessment and clinical skills to support optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
