Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac status and responding to changing clinical conditions. Ensure patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and implement nursing care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding patient status.
• Document patient information and clinical interventions thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Possess experience in telemetry nursing or a related specialty.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to document accurately and follow detailed protocols.
• Maintain professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
