Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients during night shift, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through monitoring and intervention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, timely care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data to detect arrhythmias or other abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess current AHA BLS certification.
• Demonstrate recent experience in telemetry nursing.
• Have prior experience working night shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
