Job Summary:

Provide occupational therapy support under the supervision of an occupational therapist to assist patients in regaining independence and improving their functional abilities. Deliver therapy services in various clinical settings to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating patients' functional status and developing treatment plans under supervision.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions aimed at improving patient mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding therapy outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines while delivering care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• Previous experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow treatment plans.
