Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients to identify communication, cognitive, or swallowing impairments.
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans aligned with assessment findings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.
• Document all clinical activities, treatment minutes, and outcomes accurately in electronic records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current MO State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings.
• Be able to supervise CFY or student clinicians.
• Demonstrate adherence to ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct.
• New graduates with Level II experience are encouraged to apply.
