Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory care to patients across various modalities. Assesses, develops, and implements treatment plans to improve respiratory health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and determine appropriate therapies.
• Administer all respiratory modalities as prescribed, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and airway management.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments, adjusting protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Proven experience administering a range of respiratory modalities.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
