Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions. The role involves analyzing business needs, configuring systems, and providing ongoing support to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate HR processes into Oracle HCM modules.
• Lead the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Perform business analysis, including gap analysis and proposing system enhancements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical tools utilizing Oracle HCM data.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, document issues, and track resolutions.
• Assist with data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Possess 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration processes.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Possess excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hold Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
