Job Summary:
Seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to implement and optimize Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across HR, Payroll, and business units. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring system modules, and supporting data migration and user training efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM system specifications.
• Lead configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Analyze business processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend system improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle HCM data to support business decision-making.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and oversee resolution processes.
• Assist with data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Possess 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant.
• Proficient with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Hold Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
