Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role involves analyzing requirements, configuring systems, and providing ongoing support to enhance HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate HR processes into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules.
• Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Analyze business needs, perform gap analysis, and recommend system enhancements or improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools utilizing Oracle HCM data.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Assist with data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HR processes with 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, and data migration processes.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing complex requirements and proposing effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
• Hold Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
