Job Summary:
The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with various diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions, to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall function. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop targeted treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices and post-treatment care.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes systematically.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree from an APTA-accredited program, preferably a Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a current, valid Physical Therapy license issued by the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
• Maintain BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.
