Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the operating room team, providing specialized circulator services across various surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, assist with intraoperative procedures, and support a smooth surgical workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute perioperative patient care in the operating room setting.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams by managing sterile fields and instrument passes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to intraoperative changes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.
• Document surgical procedures accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Support unit operations, including equipment management and room turnover.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in Georgia or a valid Compact license.
• Possess at least 1 year of circulating experience in an intraoperative setting.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in surgical procedures such as retina, joint replacements, ENT, breast surgeries, hernia repairs, and podiatry.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple cases.
