Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshall, MN. This role involves providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to clients, focusing on improving patients’ daily functioning and quality of life. Onboarding includes a four-week training period to ensure seamless integration into the clinic team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure.
• Possess at least one year of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Be able to adapt to a travel schedule and new clinical environments.
