Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week traveling contract in Aitkin, MN. The therapist will provide exceptional rehabilitation services, focusing on restoring and improving patients' functional independence through patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily functioning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Possess a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Show the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Have prior experience in outpatient or clinic settings preferred.
